Private beta and data terms

These operator-approved terms describe the limited five-person Aerithm test. They are written for this beta and do not claim independent legal review.
What this beta is
Aerithm is experimental running-analysis and planning software. Features, calculations, availability, and stored formats may change during the beta. Access is personal, invitation-only, and limited to adults aged 18 or older.
Not medical care
Aerithm does not diagnose, treat, or prevent injury or illness and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, coach, or emergency service. Stop training and seek appropriate help for concerning symptoms. You remain responsible for deciding whether to train and for following event, facility, device, and provider rules.
Your account and data
Use only your own account and data. Do not share invitation codes, credentials, MFA codes, provider tokens, or another person’s health information. Review the separate privacy and health-data notices before consenting.
Plans and estimates
A plan is a reviewable starting proposal based on the information currently available. A target time is an aspiration, not a prediction. Missing data is not treated as favorable evidence, and accepting a plan does not guarantee fitness, safety, performance, or an event result.
Experimental data sources
You may deliberately preview and import a supported portable CSV or JSON export or separately consent to the unofficial Garmin friend-beta connection when that capability is available. Import does not silently alter an accepted plan. Garmin availability, field coverage, and estimates may change, and provider estimates are not promises of a race result.
Ending participation and support
You may export your account data or request account deletion from the authenticated Data controls, and you may stop using the beta at any time. Deletion closes product access before identity removal and retains only a pseudonymous operational receipt after completion. Aerithm's isolated operator-managed logical database backups expire within 30 days; a restoration must reconcile later deletion records before serving traffic.
